Poem 5

Just a drop 
but is it really 
the heart feels cheated
yet the soul still shines
it is like a tease
when you are looking
at that closed door

Just a little peek
it can’t really hurt
maybe an agreement
can be made for this
transaction to occur
and move on

Those gut feelings
makes it feel right
and what the hell
why not just let go
and storm in
like a trooper

We could be on top
of the world with
a little step forward
mind open reaching
deep into the core
the heart awake
mind open to even
more the fear taken away
